Field

Description

UIN

user's account numeric identifier. Each account has own numeric identifier — UIN. This is a unique number that never repeats. If you delete a user and create a new one, UIN will be different;

Enabled

status of the user's account. "Yes" by default. You can disable an account permanently or temporarily without deleting it, and a user won't be  able to connect to the server;

Name

user's first name (first name);

Middle name

middle name (patronymic);

Last name

user's last name (last name);

Nickname

domain login or user's nickname he registered with. Necessary field. Notice, it is not a full or shortened name. Peoples' names in the chat configured separately;

Genger

user's gender;

Main email

user's email;

Group of rights

rights group name linked to this account.;

Photo

user's photo or avatar. A downloaded image automatically resized to a default value. When importing users from a domain, MyChat Server automatically downloads users' photos (if any) from Active Directory via LDAP.

Description

Authorization type

regular authorization: login + password. The login can be a nickname, email, or UIN;

Active Directory authorization: domain + login + password. For users imported from a domain;

passwordless authorization: log in with a nickname, email, or UIN without entering the password;

Active Directory transparent authorization: automatic login in the chat for authorized domain users (paragraph 3). For users imported from a domain;

Domain name

for users imported from a domain;

User's password

changing user's password (for a regular authorization only). If you apply a user's password on Admin Panel when he is online, the client application saves new password automatically. If you change  the password, when he is offline, he won't be able to connect to the server during next launch.

Connection history of various application types (a chat client, Admin Panel, forum, Kanban, websupport) and  devices (computers, smartphones, browsers).
