Error #0240 this HardwareID ("XXX") already exists in the blocks list

 

Error description

Such HardwareID is already in the list of blocked addresses and you can't add it again.

 

Problem solution

Check HardwareID in the list of blocked addresses on the server. Admin console, the tool "Filters", "HardwareID filters".
