Error #0033: no rights to block IP addresses
You can't block MAC addresses of local network interfaces by user UINs in the chat.
You must be a member of a group that has at least one of these three rights:
1.blocking MAC addresses of other users;
2.remote execution of MyChat Client administrative console commands;
