You can't perform actions with a built-in bot.
A built-in bot Elisa (UIN 0) is a virtual user. You can't manage it the way you manage other registered users in MyChat. It can't be deleted, disconnected from the server or blocked.
Any commands of that kind will cause this error. If you are developing your aplication based on MyChat open protocol. Add additional checks for this.
