Error #0013: a user with such UIN (XXX) is not connected to the server
Error description
A user with a specified UIN is offline.
Problem solution
An error occurs when requesting IP/MAC addresses of other online users. If you have special rights for this you can see a list in a profile window of other user:
This error can occur only when a user is offline in application that was developed by another company (not Network Software Solutions) based on MyChat open protocol.
