Error #0003: you do not have rights to create a text conference
A user is already connected to MyChat Server (online) but you are trying to connect to the server under the same account.
Enable the rule "Text conferences creating" for a users group in the section "Rights Control" -> "Permission groups" -> "Conferences" or transfer a user to a group where this rule is enabled.
