Error #0004: you do not have rights to connect to the server
A user is in the rights group that is not allowed to connect to MyChat Server.
You have to allow to users group to connect or transfer a user to a rights group where the connection is allowed.
"Rights Control" -> "Permission groups"-> "Common" -> "Connecting to MyChat Server".
